YOGA NIDRA
This 1 hour class is suitable for all levels including beginners. The workshop begins with a mix of gentle asana designed to relax and rejuvenate the entire body followed by a 30 minute Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra is a deep guided relaxation/meditation exercise that enables the practitioner to enter a state of complete relaxation induced by the guided inward rotation of the mind, the senses, and awareness along with a physical release of the body. This class is a positive way to de-stress and recharge. 1/2 hour of yoga nidra equals a 2 hour nap!
YOGA and GUIDED MEDITATION
This 1 hour class is suitable for all levels including beginners.   The class begins with a mix of asana designed to relax and rejuvenate the entire body followed by a deep guided meditation, a blend of yoga nidra and hypnosis help the practitioner reach deep levels of relaxation and meditation allowing them to journey deep within on a path of healing on many levels.
HYPNO-YOGA
This 1 hour class is suitable for all levels including beginners.    The class is a slow flow of deep relaxation and deep stretching allowing the practitioner to enter a place of complete bliss for the entire class.  This class is perfect for those who love the idea of mediation but struggle to quiet the mind and those looking to deepen the meditative effects of a traditional yoga practice.
