YOGA & YOGA NIDRA
This class is suitable for all levels including beginners. The class is a traditional Omkarra Yoga asana followed by a 30 minute Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra is a deep guided relaxation/meditation exercise that enables the practitioner to enter a state of complete relaxation induced by the guided inward rotation of the mind, the senses, and awareness along with a physical release of the body. This class is a positive way to de-stress and recharge.

There is more of a vinyasa flow in these classes which means linking three or more poses together and flowing from one to the other building endurance and tapas (heat) within the body, detoxifying and strengthening the body. The class time is extended for these classes.
