Yoga Class begins this week!

I am happy to announce that I will be teaching at class starting this Tuesday at 9:30 am in the studio at 436 Peppers Ferry Rd. in Christiansburg.  This will be a weekly yoga class for all levels. Class will be provided for a suggested donation of $10.  However, if you still have classes in a package with Omkarra they will be accepted for this class.


I hope that everyone is doing well and continuing with practice.  I know that it is difficult at times and this is true even for me!  The boys and I have continued to adjust to homeshcool life and we are making strides in the direction of following our heart and our path.  My oldest son will graduate from high school in a couple weeks, so my life really hasn’t slowed too much.


I have missed everyone’s company and conversation tremendously and miss teaching classes so I am excited to get back on the mat this week!  Hope to see you there!
